We are looking for a skilled candidate to join us as a Project Coordinator, who would align the projects with the project scope and budget while maintaining its quality, manage the capacity and resources thoroughly, and track the progress of projects.
If you are familiar with project management methods and models, and have excellent time management, analytical and leadership skills, this position is for you!
- You have a good understanding of general business concepts and are well familiar with project management methods and models
- You have excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, risk management, and problem-solving know-how
- You are very organized and have excellent time management skills
- You have strong communication and interpersonal competencies, self-motivation, and excellent teamwork proficiencies
- You have ideally previous experience with ERP Systems, and have already googled Odoo!
- You are fluent in English and German languages.

- Following up on project goals and scope, priorities, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Monitoring the compliance of the project with the scope, time and budget while maintaining its quality
- Handling project cost management
- Taking care of capacity and resource planning
- Tracking and documenting changes according to client’s requests or any deviation within the scope of project
